1. I forgot my username. How do I recover username ?

Its not mandatory to login with only user name. You can login with mobile number also.Still if you need user name, you can click on forgot password and enter your mail id used while registration. we will send you user name and password to your mail.

2. I forgot my password. Ho do I recover password ?

Click on forgot password and enter your email used while registration. We will send you back your password details.

3. How do I reset or change my password ?

Login to Film Forum.On Home, Click on options bar top right corner. There you can find change password.Click on that, enter details and reset or change your password.

4. How do I manage notifications ?

You can go to your mobile settings>Sounds and notifications and turn off/on desktop notifications for Film Forum. You can respond to accept or decline requests from notification bar when ever you get requests.

5. How do I add images to my profile ?

You can click on options which is present at top left on home page. There you can find 'Attach Gallery'.Go to attach gallery and click on '+' icon. There you can select multiple images and then upload to your profile.

These all images will be displayed to public who are members of Film Forum. It would be easy for us to show who you are.

5. How do I add YouTube links to my profile ?

You can click on options which is present at top left on home page. There you can find 'Add YouTube links'.Go to YouTube links and paste URL of the video you want to share and click on add.

7. How do I reinstall or update Film Forum ?

First make sure your android phone is connected to the Internet and the market app is configured with your Gmail id.

Now open Play Store tap/click the menu button in Play Store. From the menu that comes up, select "My Apps". For more recent versions of the play store, you can get the menu using the navigation drawer on the top right of the app.

You will see two sections in your apps page -

Installed - will have the list of apps currently installed on your phone.
All - will have the list of all apps that have been installed from your Google account at least once.

Go to All, There you can find Uninstalled apps. There you can find Film Forum and then reinstall.

If you want to update go to Installed, There find Film Forum. There you can find if updated new version.

8. How do I send invite to new contact ?

After login, On home page you can see the people from different categories. You can click on 'Add to Circle' button beside user profile. If the person accepts your request automatically new person will be added to your network/Circle.
